What we do

Households and offices call us when an air conditioner stops cooling, leaks or needs servicing, when a new split or window unit needs installing, or when a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave or water heater stops working properly.

Facility managers and business owners contact us about commercial chillers that need fault finding or preventive maintenance.

How we work

Every job follows the same steps: you tell us the problem, we inspect and diagnose the appliance at your location, we explain what we found and give a quotation, and the work goes ahead only once you approve it. When the work is done, we test the appliance and check it is operating correctly.

We would rather explain a problem clearly than rush a repair, and we will tell you if something needs repair rather than routine maintenance.
