AC Installation in Riyadh
A new air conditioner only cools as well as it is installed. We check the location, mount the units, connect the piping, drain and power, and test the system before we leave, so it is ready for Riyadh's summer.
AC units we install
- Split AC — wall-mounted indoor unit with an outdoor condenser, connected by refrigerant pipes, a drain and a power cable.
- Window AC — a single unit fitted into a wall or window opening, with a secure frame and a proper drain.

What an installation covers
Every installation follows the same order, so nothing is skipped:
- Location checkWhere the indoor and outdoor units go, wall strength, airflow around the condenser and the route for pipes and drain.
- MountingFixing the indoor bracket level and securing the outdoor unit on a bracket or base.
- Piping and insulationConnecting and insulating the refrigerant pipes between the two units.
- Drain lineA drain with the right fall so condensate does not drip indoors.
- Electrical connectionConnecting the unit to a suitable power supply and isolator.
- Leak check and testingChecking the connections, running the system and confirming it cools properly.
Choosing the right capacity
An undersized unit runs non-stop and still struggles on hot afternoons; an oversized one switches on and off too often and removes less humidity. The right capacity depends on:
- Room size and ceiling height
- How much direct sun the room gets
- Windows, insulation and roof exposure
- How many people use the room
- Heat from kitchens or equipment
- Whether one unit serves more than one room
If you have not bought the unit yet, tell us about the room and we will advise on the capacity to look for.
What to tell us before the visit
- The unit type, brand and capacity, if you already have it
- Which room, and which floor of the building
- Where the outdoor unit can go: roof, balcony or outside wall
- Whether there is a power point near the indoor unit
- Photos of the wall and the outdoor location, sent on WhatsApp
Installation involves electrical work and refrigerant pipes. Please do not connect or move a split unit yourself; a poor connection can leak refrigerant or damage the compressor.

Which AC types do you install?
We install split and window air conditioners in homes and offices. For ducted or central systems, send us the details and we will confirm.
Where should the outdoor unit go?
Somewhere with free airflow around it, out of direct sun where possible, and close enough to the indoor unit to keep the pipe run short. We check this during the visit.
How do I know what capacity I need?
It depends on the room size, sun exposure, insulation and how the room is used. Describe the room or send photos and we will advise before you buy.
Will I get a quotation before the installation?
Yes. We explain what the installation involves and give you a quotation. Work starts only after you approve it.
